About CORAL Management


Whereas the other modules focus on specific resources, CORAL Management is meant to store documents, such as policies, processes, and procedures, related to the overall management of electronic resources. Each document can be assigned a type and is stored in a separate record. Related documents can also be assigned a category so that they can be grouped together. When a new version of a document is created, the prior version can be archived, thus, preserving a history of a document’s development. Within a document record, notes can be created and assigned to a specific version of the document.
