The Management module is for storing documents, such as policies, processes, and procedures, related to the overall management of electronic resources. Each document can be assigned a type and is stored in a separate record. Related documents can also be assigned a category so that they can be grouped together. When a new version of a document is created, the prior version can be archived, thus, preserving a history of a document’s development. Within a document record, notes can be created and assigned to a specific version of the document.
